Mischa Barton kissed her boyfriend as she emerged from the sea in Formentera, Spain

Sebastien played the doting boyfriend and got down on his knees to give his famous girlfriend his full attention.

He took her hands in his and moved in to give her a tender kiss on the lips before they both got up and headed back into the water.
