Elle Macpherson narrowly dodges a “Wardrobe malfunction” in a kaftan Bikini

She carried her tired son from the boat back to the car, tenderly cradling his head as he nestled on her shoulder.

After depositing her son at the car and waving to her entourage, Elle sped off on the back of her friend's motorbike.
